A non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total service cost is required when booking.
Deposits will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge.
No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
Appointments cancelled by staff for any reason, e.g., ill health or unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled free of charge or refunded.
Clients more than 5 minutes late to their appointment may be required to pay a late fee.
Clients more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will forfeit 100% of their deposit and will lose their appointment.
